Meet the Team Guiding Your Care
Why We Care
As physical therapists—and as moms who have experienced the physical changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum—we know that pelvic health is often overlooked in standard care. Many patients are left managing pain, discomfort, or uncertainty without clear guidance on what’s happening or how to improve it.
Throughout our work in hospital and clinical settings, we’ve seen how often these symptoms go unaddressed, even when they affect daily movement, recovery, and long-term health. While awareness is growing, many people still go months or years without finding the right support.
That’s why we started Juniper OB PT—to create a space where patients feel heard, understood, and guided with clarity.
Every person’s experience is different. Our goal is to help you understand your body, reduce discomfort, and build strength and confidence so you can return to the activities and routines that matter most to you.
Specialized Care, Thoughtfully Delivered
Christine Sadler (she/her)
Hi! I’m Christine and I live in Newark, Ohio with my husband, Nolan, and our three kids. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Otterbein University in 2009 and earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Clarke University in 2012. I am trained in Obstetric Physical Therapy through the APTA, and Pelvic Floor though the Institute of Clinical Excellence.
I have a passion for helping individuals learn about their bodies and prepare for their birth experience, as well as navigate recovery during the 4th trimester. Over the last decade I have enjoyed working in the acute care hospital system; I am excited to reach out to the larger pelvic health community.
If I’m not at work or taking care of my family, you’ll find me eating Oreos and flipping pages in a novel while tackling the never-ending laundry. I’ve succumbed to a love for coffee and am an organization guru, but I’m not sure whether I have control over my curls or if they have control over me.
The level of excitement is unreal to help you prevent or manage pain in your pregnancy, prepare for birth, and recover well postpartum. Can’t wait to work with you!

Liz Bollman Toure (she/her)
Hi! I’m Liz. I live in New Albany, Ohio, with my husband and two kids. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Baldwin Wallace University in 2001 and my Master of Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University in 2003. I completed training in Obstetric and Pelvic Health Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association.
With over 20 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages. I’m passionate about helping people feel confident and connected to their bodies. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or pelvic health challenges as you age, my goal is to support you in building strength, trust, and balance in your body.
Outside of work, you’ll find me practicing yoga, listening to podcasts or audiobooks, and spending time outdoors. Traveling with my family is one of my favorite ways to recharge and find inspiration!

Chris Ridenour (she/her)
Hi! I’m Chris! I live in Upper Arlington with my wife, our two kids and a dog named Kitty. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Muskingum University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Elon University. I’m in the midst of earning Certificates of Achievement in both Pelvic Health and Obstetric Physical Therapy through the APTA.
My goal as a therapist is to make you feel seen and heard and valued as a whole person, not just a client with a pelvic health issue. One of my favorite quotes about pelvic health is from Ruth Macy, DPT: “There are people dedicating their lives to helping you; let them try. You are worth it.” Let’s normalize asking for help and talking about hard things!
If I’m not working, I’m outside in the garden, playing card games with my family or reading!
