Columbus Running Company and MomDay5k/10k prioritize the pelvic floor! If you enjoy running (or any high impact activity for that matter) but don’t enjoy the need for pads, a change of clothes or even embarrassment - come and gain confidence in your body’s ability to reach leak-free status. Returning to running postpartum can be especially pressure-filled so there will be plenty of encouragement & support. We will be available at the Saturday morning run - pop in after your training for a pelvic floor screen and tips to see how pelvic floor therapy can help!
