Why We Care

As moms ourselves, we know firsthand that there’s not nearly enough education and treatment for pelvic health in today’s standard obstetric care.

As rehab providers, we’ve advocated for treatment plans for patients in the hospitals we’ve worked for 12+ years. While these specialized programs are growing, many parents still struggle with acute and chronic pain without knowing someone who can help (even for decades).

That’s why we started Juniper Obstetric Physical Therapy!

Every pregnancy and postpartum experience is different. We want to empower you to understand your changing body, manage pain, and build strength and mobility.

Pelvic health is essential to living a healthy life–from playing with your children, continuing fitness routines, or returning to your job. We can’t wait to help you!

Our Providers

Christine Sadler, DPT

(she/her)

Hi! I’m Christine and I live in Newark, Ohio with my husband, Nolan, and our three kids. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Otterbein University in 2009 and earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Clarke University in 2012.  I am trained in Obstetric Physical Therapy through the APTA, and Pelvic Floor though the Institute of Clinical Excellence.

I have a passion for helping individuals learn about their bodies and prepare for their birth experience, as well as navigate recovery during the 4th trimester. Over the last decade I have enjoyed working in the acute care hospital system; I am excited to reach out to the larger obstetric community.

If I’m not at work or taking care of my family, you’ll find me eating Oreos and flipping pages in a novel while tackling the never-ending laundry. I’ve succumbed to a love for coffee and am an organization guru, but I’m not sure whether I have control over my curls or if they have control over me.

The level of excitement is unreal to help you prevent or manage pain in your pregnancy, prepare for birth, and recover well postpartum. Can’t wait to work with you!

Liz Bollman Toure, MPT

(she/her)

Hi! I’m Liz and I live in New Albany, OH with my husband and two kids. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Baldwin-Wallace University in 2001, and earned my degree as a Master of Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University in 2003. I am working on my Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy through the APTA.

Over the last 20 years, I have enjoyed working with people of all ages. I am passionate about empowering individuals through their unique pregnancy and postpartum experience.

When I’m not working , you can find me practicing yoga or listening to podcasts and audiobooks. I’m a must-have morning cup of coffee kind of lady, and I love a glass of rosé. Getting outdoors is feel-good energy for me, and our family loves to play outside.

I can’t wait to help you live your best version of pregnancy and postpartum!

Stacey Rosselot, OTD, MOTR/L, PHS

(she/her)

Hey! I’m Stacey, and I live just outside of Mount Vernon, Ohio with my husband and daughters! I graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2011, hold a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Findlay in 2015, and recently completed my Post-Professional Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from Indiana University in 2023.

I am an occupational therapist with over 10 years of experience in acute care, maternal mental health, pelvic floor therapy, and infants/pediatrics. I am also certified as a perinatal health specialist, and am working toward obtaining my pelvic floor practitioner certification. My recent research has focused on the effectiveness of postpartum social support for parents in preventing postpartum anxiety and depression.

When I’m not working, you can find me on the lake, at my daughter’s sporting events or relaxing on our deck soaking in the sunshine with family!

I am passionate about addressing the needs of pregnant and postpartum people, and I enjoy treating from "Belly to Baby"! I cannot wait to work with you!

Chris Ridenour, DPT

(she/her)

Hi, I’m Chris! I live in Upper Arlington with my wife, our two kids and a dog named Kitty. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Muskingum University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Elon University. I’m in the midst of earning Certificates of Achievement in both Pelvic Health and Obstetric Physical Therapy through the APTA.

My goal as a therapist is to make you feel seen and heard and valued as a whole person, not just a client with a pelvic health issue. One of my favorite quotes about pelvic health is from Ruth Macy, DPT: “There are people dedicating their lives to helping you; let them try. You are worth it.” Let’s normalize asking for help and talking about hard things!

If I’m not working, I’m outside in the garden, playing card games with my family or reading!
