Classes begin July 14, 2025. A program for people experiencing the transition to parenthood, created and led by Columbus Psychological and Counseling Services. This six week workshop (Mondays from 6-8:30p) will present topics to discuss including: adapating to physical changes, learning skills to navigate conflicts, boundary setting, parenting models and bonding with baby, baby blues, postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, maintaining a close connection to your partner, and identifiying parenting values.
